Do I Have To Use Shakes, Bars Or Meal Replacements?

Protein Shake
No. Dr. Bonilla advocates the use of prescription weight loss supplements but he does not force patients to commit to a plan that they are not comfortable with. Years of clinical studies have demonstrated that meal replacement plans produce the safest, most rapid weight loss while assuring adequate nutrition on a Low Calorie Diet (LCD) or a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD). Dr. Bonilla has used them for many years with great success. However, regular meal plans using conventional foods are available, depending upon the individual patient’s lifestyle, comfort level and desired time frame for weight loss.
